For Parents, Guardians & Caregivers

As a parent, guardian, or caregiver, it can often be difficult to navigate the barriers impacting mental health and well-being. It takes a strong support system and group approach to address these issues. The stigma, shame, embarrassment, fear, and labeling related to having "mental health issues" often make us afraid to address these issues. The resources in this toolkit are intended to empower you to address and improve mental health and wellness.
